Eligibility of Clients – Only individuals above 18 years of age are permitted to avail services of GenAura Therapy Lounge, in compliance with the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Nature of Services – All services offered are strictly for wellness, relaxation, and rejuvenation purposes only. They shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as medical treatment, diagnosis, or cure. Clients with existing medical conditions are advised to seek prior medical consultation.
Booking & Confirmation – Bookings shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full/advance payment through our secure channels. GenAura Therapy Lounge reserves the right to accept, decline, or reschedule appointments as per business requirements.
Payments – All payments shall be processed via authorized and secure third-party gateways. We do not store card details. Prices mentioned are exclusive/inclusive of applicable taxes, subject to prevailing laws.
Cancellation & Refunds –
- Cancellation by client 24 hours prior to session: full refund.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: no refund, rescheduling may be permitted.
- Cancellation by service provider: full refund or rescheduling, at client’s option.
Code of Conduct – Clients shall maintain respectful and dignified behavior towards therapists. Any misconduct, indecency, or unlawful act shall result in immediate termination of service without refund, and may invite legal action under the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Privacy & Data Protection – GenAura Therapy Lounge shall collect, store, and process personal data strictly in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices & Sensitive Personal Data) Rules, 2011. Client information shall not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties, except as mandated under law.
Liability Disclaimer – GenAura Therapy Lounge and its therapists shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, discomfort, or adverse medical conditions arising during or after the service, unless caused due to gross negligence.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction – These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
